Anti-Social Behaviour

Report Anti-Social Behaviour. Fingal County Council sets out how it deals with bad behaviour in its Anti-Social Behaviour Strategy. In dealing with complaints relating to bad behaviour, we have close contact with An Garda Siochana and other statutory bodies, including the HSE.

What is Anti-Social Behaviour?

Some examples are:

  • Assault
  • Drug dealing
  • Graffiti
  • Intimidation or harrassment
  • Joy riding
  • Noisy behaviour/unruly parties
  • Vandalism
  • Verbal abuse

Information Required

  • Date and time of the incident
  • Location where it happened
  • Details of the incident
  • Names & addresses of the alleged perpetrators
  • If it was reported to the Gardai

Anti-social behaviour should also be reported to An Garda Siochana.

All complaints are investigated by the Council and are dealt with confidentially.
