Understanding Coeliac Disease

This talk by the Coeliac Society of Ireland, presented during Coeliac Awareness Week 2019, will be given by Sarah Keogh, a CORU-registered Dietitian, and is for people who have Coeliac Disease themselves, and also for their family and friends. Coeliac Disease will be explained in detail, along with its symptoms, and the ways in which it affects people. Sarah will look at the gluten-free diet, and the issue of cross-contamination.
