Coeliac awareness talk with Sarah Keogh from the Coeliac Association. “Understanding Coeliac Disease”. This talk is for people who have coeliac disease themselves and also for their family and friends. Coeliac disease will be explained, what it is, the symptoms and how it affects people. The gluten free diet will be looked at and whole area of cross contamination. The talk will take around 40 minutes and there will be lots of time for questions and discussion.
