Chair Yoga with Yoganamara - Friday 17th of May 2pm – 3.15 pm
Would you like to try yoga but find it difficult to sit/ lie-down on a yoga mat or stand for long periods of time? Chair yoga is a gentle alternative that will increase your flexibility, reduce stiffness, and help you de-stress using breathing and meditation techniques. Chair yoga can also be practiced by wheelchair users.
