This workshop lasts an hour, including time for questions, and offers parents/guardians an opportunity to consider how they can increase their child’s online safety and what to do if they suspect their child is experiencing cyber-bullying. Parents/guardians are encouraged to focus on communication and how they can monitor their child’s internet use and online behaviour. The Process of Coping with Your Child's Diagnosis - when your child has an ASD, ADHD, Dyspraxia or Related Diagnosis Fiona Hall MIACP is a qualified and accredited counsellor and psychotherapist with over 5 years experience. Fiona has worked with parents of children with a diagnosis and has presented other talks on this area. Fiona's talk looks at the emotional processes that take place after you receive the news that your child has a diagnosis. She also explores the impact these processes can have on parents and why it is very important for parents to take time to mind themselves. All welcome

Gerry Creighton’s Talk on Dublin Zoo
Saturday, 28th April at 1.30p.m at Culture Corner in Blanchardstown Library.
The talk will be about Dublin Zoo and its Animals. Gerry Creighton Snr. retired Curator of Animals at the Zoo will be giving the talk and no better man to do it. Gerry is well known from his time in the Zoo as the Lion Keeper and the Primate Keeper before he became Curator of Animals. He has also featured in many TV programmes on Dublin Zoo.
