Enterprise Centres and Industrial Parks
We currently have 3 enterprise centres in Fingal, and have developed a number of industrial parks to various levels of completion.
These are Drinan Enterprise Centre in Swords, BASE Enterprise Centre in Mulhuddart and BEaT Enterprise Centre in Balbriggan. There are industrial and office units at all of the enterprise centres and a number of services are provided as standard. We also provide a referral service to all enterprise support agencies in Fingal who provide information on:

- Supports for existing businesses
- Supports for job seekers

Additional information is also contained in our online information portal www.fingalworks.ie, including options and information for start up and existing businesses in areas such as business plans, mentoring, networking, feasibility studies, training, locating premises and advice.
Our industrial parks are located in Damastown, Cappogue, Stephenstown, Bay Business Park, Turvey and College Business and Technology Park. Lands are still available at a number of these industrial parks subject to planning permission.
Branding and Signage Strategy for Dublin 15 Area Enterprise Zone
The Dublin 15 area Enterprise Zone - Blanchardstown, Mulhuddart, Damastown, Ballycoolin and Cherryhound - has developed at a national scale over the last 20 years facilitated by significant public and private investment. The area currently contains 20 Business Parks and is home to the Institute of Technology in Blanchardstown. Fingal County Council is committed to continued investment in, and management and promotion of, the Dublin 15 Enterprise Zone. In order to develop a corporate vision and a co-ordinated approach for the future development of this Enterprise Zone to build on its success to date, the Council commssioned a Branding and Signage strategy for the area which went on display Wednesday, 4th February 2015 in Ballycoolin and was well attended.
